Suvarnabhumi offers parking space

Suvarnabhumi airport has opened up more parking space for motorists who want to protect their vehicles from the surging floodwaters, Suvarnabhumi spokeswoman Wilaiwan Natwilai said Friday.

Ms Wilaiwan said the car park building in Suvarnabhumi is now full but airport authorities will now allow people to park their vehicles on the shoulder of the road.The parking must not disrupt the traffic flow of airport passengers, she said.More than 10,000 vehicles...

wasn't suvarnabhumi built on a flood plain, even so....isn't the area where the airport is also threatened by flood? So the airport authorites are inviting car-owners to have their cars swamped (pun intended). Another blatant revenue seeking attempt.

the Airport is not Really on "high" grounds ... and following the latest plans of the government (before yesterday afternoon) the airport will be also one of the place force-flooded as its in the middle of he by the government decided "low interest area with lowest impact" or somethings like that .. they declare the deception before yesterday ..
