    Dear Lasse,

forget Google or Google Earth for the first search.

Use Wikipedia (en.wikipedia.org), type Sai Mai into the search field upper right, and immediately you get information about it including a location map. And, following the coordinates, you get the link to Google Maps and Google Earth and others like Bing Map or so.

    Best regards

Whoopee ... my district is listed. On the positive side, it is a BIG district. Maybe I won't need to wear waders in my living room after all.

Dear Bankok Post, please give us a little bit more than only the name of the districts when you list them. You could write "6 districts near Don Muang or North East part of Bangkok", so we dont need to look them up every time. But on the other hand - I learn a lot about Bangkok ;-)
Sai Mai is not a district I can find in Google Earth, so I actually dont know where Sai Mai is in Bangkok.
Thank you and have a nice day
