Why are they still keeping it a secret about how high the water is going to go? They do know how much water is coming, why are they still not telling everyone the truth?

It is the job of the two water management agencies to know exactly how much water is in the rivers, and where it is going. That is their job, and they do know how to measure the water that is on its way to Bangkok, and tell exactly what it will do. Why still all the secrets?
