Flood centre spokesman in a live NBT telecast noted:

Big picture: Water level at Chai Nat's Chao Phraya dam and Chulalongkorn sluice gate is lower. Soon the sluice gate can be opend to allow flood water to flow into Chao Phraya to ease flood level in Rangsit area.

Thon Buri side will see less water replenishment in two weeks.

The one at the "Atoms for Peace" buiding on V-R.
Will be fine, they say it is 8m above road level - so will be in more of an issue if that floods than a bit of alpha or beta radiation!
