Any body tell the Transport Minister that Hwy 9 is underwater? What the hell is going on? Does anyone know what is going on inside their own little area of designated authority? I live 1.5 km from Hwy 9 and only 3 km south of where Hwy 9 intersects Hwy 340. I am flooded and have been since the middle of last month. It takes an hour to go from Rattanatibet road to Hwy 340 and if you are traveling north you are going to be on the wrong side of this divided hwy. If you don't know where you are from experience you are screwed.
