Useless graphics as it misses a few key areas that ARE flooded e.g. Bang Kapi.

Also, this seems to be based on the useless FROC information that informed of positive news only I.e. Level of water receding but NOT the more important information like how badly flooded some of those roads are. E.g. You said Charansnitwong is passable from Bangplad intersection to soi 77 but fail to inform how bad the flood is beyond that point!
