The problem is that the experts also have differing views. I sympathize with people who have to earn a living in such a situation. What about people who cannot pay their bills because the mail is not delivered, will their power or water supplies be cut off? What about foreigners whose visas has expired?

I just happen to live west of bangkok, near Salaya. I really can't believe it when I saw this news. How the hell do you expect people to make a living when you plan leave their home and businesses flooded for 2 months+, stop directlly all the water this way please.....

I been stuck at home 20 days and counting, my factory, and many other people's factory are force to close down or operate below standard because of the flood.

PS. Today our shop in Sathorn just inform me that Thai tax agency want to review our tax payment. and they want us to deliever our books to them before in 10 days...I wish the Thai government is this aggressive on stopping the flood or helping it's people....

Conflicting statements from her yet again! Just talk to the specialists before you comment. Even a high school student knows that the flooding in Bangkok will persist until at least into December, but the governments previous statements of "Bangkok dry in 10 days" are really embarrassing leadership and exposing the inept leaders to the people of Thailand.

I guess this doesn't bother the PM too much. Apart from that, one would like to know what areas are more likely to remain flooded -thank you Mr BMA-, with what level of water and what is planned to help the residents apart from evacuating them to the devil knows where.
Is that too much to ask?
