Floods still prevail in 16 provinces, including three in the South, and the death toll nationwide stands at 666 with 3 missing, the Disaster Relief and Mitigation Department reported on Saturday.
The 13 provinces in the upper part of the country still sufferring from flooding are Chai Nat, Ang Thong, Ayutthaya, Lop Buri, Saraburi, Suphan Buri, Nakhon Pathom, Pathum Thani, Nonthaburi, Samut Sakhon, Nakhon Nayok, Chachoengsao and Bangkok.
A total of 657 people have been confirmed dead in 65 provinces in the upper part of the country with 3 missing (2 in Mae Hong Son and 1 Uttaradit) from July 25 to the present time.
