Lese majeste defendant pleads guilty

Lese majeste defendant Surachai Danwattananusorn has pleaded guilty to two offences involving speeches he gave at Doi Saket in Chiang Mai and Lat Phrao in Bangkok in 2010, but will fight a third case.

Mr Surachai, 71, has confessed to lese majeste charges filed by Chokechai police and Chiang Mai's Doi Saket police.
