A criminal seeking refuge from a legal system that he made a mockery off. Just how funny and senseless can Thailand become? He openly runs a government from his hideout, puts his sister in charge. Puts his wife's brother in charge of the police and then hires the violent reds to preach democracy. This is too much even for a hollywood disaster movie.

I cannot retain myself from laughing that A FUGITIVE CONVICTED CRIMINAL threats to sue people. If he is a brave man as many people think..he should come in Thailand and file his case in person. Mr Noppadon, you make me laugh too.

I agree with discussions 1, 2 and 3, but it very much looks like the DP is looking to politically exploit the revered institution.

Since when did Thai courts allow plaintiffs to give evidence by Skype. Are convicted criminal allowed to do this ?

Noppadon should remind Mr T that people in glass houses should be careful about what they throw.

Actually I think all this means is Mr T wants to get in the press weekly.

Truth hurts, doesn't it? Especially when you are a convicted criminal and a fugitive.

And if you tell a 100 times a lie. It is just a lie.
Nobody with a little sense will ever believe what the fugutive says.
Not after what happened in April,May 2010.

Khun Thaksin, Khun Chavanond is waiting for you right here in a Thai Court! Will you show up for the hearing?

What a laugh. Thaksin using an institution he’s been running from for years. I say he can file the complaint in person when he returns and serves his time.

Just be sure to show up in person when you file the lawsuit!
