Truck driver slain in Pattani

A ten-wheel truck driver was gunned down at a teashop in Pattani’s Muang district early Saturday morning, police said.

Pol Lt Fahamee Hengpeeya, an investigator at Muang Pattani police station, said he received a report about the shooting in Ban Sungai Panae in tambon Bana of Muang district.

Police rushed to the teashop and found the body of Mahama Yakee, 34, a resident of Muang district.
