Now from floods we have drought. This is where better water management can come in. Drought will reflect on revenue to people and the country. An underground water system should be built from the dams to other areas that are prone to drought, water released to these areas. Correct me if i am wrong, was not one of the areas pitsanulok, that would be an area where excess water would be sent?when there was a threat of flooding?
So why do they have a drought? Bad water management.
