This account is totally at odds with what is being reported on Thai news sites. They say that this guy was at the hotel meeting someone else, but whilst in the lobby happened to see Yingluck and a mystery (guy who he knew the identity of leaving together) so took his phone camaera out and recorded them.

Anyone from the BP care to clarify?

A "real estate businessman"? I suppose that's one way of describing him. Given this fellow's track record, it's surprising people were not lining up to punch him, or worse. This is just a crude publicity stunt by a discredited individual.

So . . . he, a known anti-TS critic just happened to be near YS at a random hotel for 2 hours with his personal hired guards . . . then suddenly someone tried to murder him! He then posts a picture of his sore eye (proof of an attempted murder) on his facebook, refuses to file a police report, makes media statements claiming TS ordered the murder, and then asks YS to explain if she was responsible? Folks, you just can't make this stuff up!

TS...or...BS.....I am inclined to believe the latter.

    Meeting with the PM?

Then attacked by a man just afterward.

Body guard intervenes, but attacker flees.

statement: "The man's face was familiar and it was obvious he used to work for Thaksin".

HOGWASH!!! (but of course if you believe the red shirts ran into the bullets, then you will swallow this hook, line and sinker.

Maybe he was trying to hit on YS. She took offense and called in one of her cronies.

d4: Any opponents to the fugitive or the redshirts are wasting their time filing charges with the police.

"Mr Ekayuth said he would not file a complaint with police, but would give the government one day to clarify this matter, otherwise he would talk about it on a daily basis."
What would happen if this happen in the USA? It will be good to hear some comment from some Farang!
