SAN FRANCISCO : Apple has filed for a preliminary injunction against the sale of Samsung's Galaxy Nexus smartphone, claiming that the device violates the company's patent claims.

    Oh, give me a break.
    Apple used to be the heroic underdog, fighting against the Microsoft monolith.
    Now that they are big and rich and powerful....they are acting like bullies.
    Everyone involved in the tech industry is aware these patent disputes are just a sort of smokescreen for tripping up your competitor. Apple has appropriated, borrowed and used many many zillions of other ideas invented by others.
