Israel blames Iran for explosions

Israel's Defence Minister Ehud Barak said the series of bomb blasts in Thailand on Tuesday was part of an attempted terrorist attack by Iran.

"The attempted terror attack in Thailand proves once again that Iran and its proxies continue to operate in the ways of terror and the latest attacks are an example of that," Mr Barak said while on a state visit to Singapore. He was quoted by the Jerusalem Post.

The Bangkok blasts came one day after attacks on Israeli embassies in India and Georgia.

here we go again Mr Ronald you must be so out of tunch to what is going on in your own home land just look at the Polices in the UK at this time phone taping & more, and just what you siad here about the Thai's the UK did the same for the Bus and Tube bombing

"Foreign Ministry said Tuesday that Israel was in contact with the authorities in Bangkok and was still awaiting confirmation that the man involved in the blasts was indeed Iranian" The Thai authorities have had his name for more than 4 hours. Surely they know through passport checks (records), his nationality. Keystone Cops spring to mind.
