Education is a wonderful thing. It's a pity Thailand ranks in the near the bottom of the list in Asia.
Of course the police are ready for this' occupation'. They payed UP TO 400,000B for there ring side seats when they joined the club. Who knows, maybe there will be some 'babes' in the mob to impress with there immaculate skin tight uniform and fake rayburn sun glasses.
Have a nice day boys. after all, it's all paid for by the taxpayer.

This silliness has been going on since the PAD rallies in 2006. We all have protest fatigue!

UDD, PAD, Multi color groups, please stay off the streets. Work through your elected officials and stop the street theater. No one cares anymore.

We care about making Thailand a nice place to live and raise a family. Let the government and the courts do their work.

If you have a real study in Thai politics starting in 1932 you will probably begin to understand these peoples point of veiw. Remember these are the people many like to call ignorant farmers. Education is a wonderful thing.

I believe a few weeks ago, the bombastic (no pun intended) announcement was that there would be over 200,000 protesters there ..... No the Big Lady says they will get 100,000 signings (of course, the won't know what they are signing)... and the police expect 50,000 .. sort of like a football game crowd! Or maybe this will really be another 'million man protest' ... all bought and paid for by you know who! (Well, at least they didn't all get rubber masks!) Guess it all depends on how much the Big Man want's to pay the protesters THIS time around. I wonder if we will see another 'call in.' What ever happened to, "I just want to play golf!" ???????????????

Is that we call a peace and order if indeed (redthugs) have blocked the Radchadanoen road just to protests about their so called "Thaksin Democracy"?

So, if I understand the UDD’s stated mission correctly, tomorrow they will be protesting a) an event that took place 80 years ago, and b) an event that hasn’t even taken place (future military coup). This has too be about as far away as anyone can get from ‘living in the moment’.

Go home and work and stop complaining about you have no money and asking for help useless protesters.

    > Ironically, by a military coup.

Tida is nothing but full of surprises. It seems one of the objectives of tomorrow's rally is " to show their opposition towards any intervention in the democratic process. " So I guess that means they're rallying against themselves. And it seems also they're prepared to follow in Jatuporn's footsteps in trying to impeach the constitution court. Why not simply call themselves the communist party of Thailand and be done with it ?
