Stock movers: CGS, GOLD, QH

Shares of the following companies had unusual moves in Thailand trading on Monday. Stock symbols are in parentheses and prices are as of the close in Bangkok.

The SET (Stock Exchange of Thailand) Index rose 0.3 per cent to 1,214.25, the highest close since May 8.

Country Group Securities Pcl (CGS), a stock brokerage, gained 1.1 per cent to 0.89 baht. The company expects higher net income in 2012 on increased brokerage fees, Chief Executive Officer Prasit Srisuwan told reporters in Bangkok on Monday.
