Four Pheu Thai MPs, who are among the 24 defendants in terrorism cases, will appear before the Criminal Court on Thursday to testify and hear its decision on whether to revoke bail for any of them, United Front for Democracy against Dictatorship lawyer Winyat Chartmontree said on Wednesday.

The UDD lawyer confirmed the four Pheu Thai MPs - Nattawut Saikuar, Korkaew Pikulthong, Weng Tojirakan and Wiphuthalaeng Pattanaphumthai - would show up at the court. They would not invoke parliamentary immunity.

The four would testify before the court in their own defence, he said.

The lawyer said " If bail was revoked for any of the 24, he would accept the court's decision. He would, however, submit a fresh application for bail."

This absurdity could go on forever. crazy

"Mr Winyat believed his clients had no intention to breach their bail conditions." More likely they expect to get away with it since the Puea Thaksin regime now believe to have full control of the courts. Tomorrow we will know if it has become that bad ...

These 4 UDD/PTP have already immunity as MP, so it's better they stay working in House of representatives instead of inciting violence to the red demonstrators...
