If it was truly an accident he would not have dragged the body 200 meters and fled the scene. The intentional fleeing of a serious accident involving death should be all the evidence the police need that this was in fact NOT an accident and that he was running away to hide the fact he was probably under the influence while driving. If we were not the son of the Red Bull Family and an ordinary citizen he would already be in jail. This was no accident but an attempted escape from justice.

Discussion 12. Hit and runs are common all over Thailand. What is rare is for the person who caused an accident to stay if they have an escape route.

Mercedes boy, Honda Civic girl and (probably no one remember this one, Porsche driver, killed Cambodian girl and sped off with her torso in the passenger seat) are all operating a successful driving school in BKK. Only spoilt off spring of hi so people can attend and includes advanced classes in making up excuses and taking no responsibility.

Let’s just assume for a minute that the policeman drove into the street without looking and it was unavoidable for Vorayuth to hit him with his Ferrari. A look at the web tells us that to break this car form down from 100-0 km/h not even 33 meters are necessary. So even if we assume that the driver was a little too fast there are still at least 150 meters to explain were the driver did not stop and dragged the police officer with him. And then the driver did obviously not stop and check if maybe he could help the officer or bring him to the next hospital. It seems like he did not even bother to call an ambulance. Just for these crimes he would without doubt go to jail in any civilized country. But maybe Vorayuth’s excuse it that he was totally drunk and did not notice any of this. Maybe he pays a fine of 5,000B for being drunk and that’s it then. TiT

Reckless driving for someone who kill and ran away..now police will investigate whether the accident was caused by the driver or the dead policeman...who knows may be the dead policeman will have to compensate the driver for damage caused to his car...everything is possible in Thailand.

" will not try to influence the police investigation", this remark reveals a lot.
But as everyone knows, just being who they are will influence the investigation and outcome.

Oh that's really nice of the Yoovydhya family,I think in a normal country the lawyer would have to explain what he means by "they will not try to influence the investigation".Amazing Thailand

It does not matter how the accident happened, the fact that he did not stop and render assistance is a criminal case.
