Sathian accepts his fate

Permanent secretary for defence Gen Sathian Phoemthongin has thrown in the towel in his fight against the defence minister.

Gen Sathian said on Tuesday that he had decided not to appeal after his case was rejected by the Administrative Court, which did not accept his complaint that his transfer to the minister's office was unfair.

Defence Minister ACM Sukumpol Suwanatat abruptly moved him to an inactive post last month due to conflict  over the selection of Gen Sathian's successor.

PTP is slowing promoting more of their own in the military. So much to military shouldn't be involved with politics etc etc.

Its a foregone conclusion even before this case reaches the court; just bargain for a " golden parachute" so high that he feet shall never touches the ground for the rest of his life.

Ahaha...accepts his fate , that is hilarious, his case was dismissed because the documents he submitted were false and signatures falsified, he need to be punished for that or maybe he is above the law ?
