Storm Gaemi downgraded

Tropical depression "Gaemi" has been downgraded to an active low pressure cell covering the lower Central region, including Bangkok and its vicinity, the Meteorological Department said in a forecast issued at 11am Monday.
It is moving along the monsoon trough and will cover the western part of the Central Region and the Gulf of Martaban in Myanmar tomorrow.
Abundant rain and isolated heavy rain are likely in the East, lower Central and upper South today and tomorrow.
