Malala faces 'critical' 36-48 hours

The next 36 to 48 hours will be critical for a Pakistani schoolgirl shot in the head by the Taliban, the military said Friday, calling on the nation to pray for her recovery.

Pakistani students pray on Friday for the early recovery of young activist Malala Yousafzai, at a government school in Mingora, the main town of Swat Valley.

The shooting of 14-year-old Malala Yousafzai who campaigned for the right to an education has been denounced worldwide and by the Pakistani authorities, who have offered a reward of more than $100,000 for the capture of her attackers.

I saw an interview with her on CNN I believe, and she was so smart and adorable. For 14 years old this young girl really had her act together. My heart goes out to her so much. What even impresses me more is that the community FINALLY showed outrage to the scum coward taliban who shot her
