Priewpan doesn't want PT leadership

Former police chief Priewpan Damapong affirmed on Monday he will not take the leadership of the Pheu Thai Party even though he may be nominated for the post.

Pol Gen Priewpan said this after he and 23 former Class 10 graduates of the Armed Forces Academies Preparatory School applied for membership of the ruling Pheu Thai Party.

Just one word "cronyism is bad" Thai politics is a joke, just think how great Thailand would be if run by someone that put Thailand and Thai people best interest at first?

Of course Priewpan would rather have a cabinet post than leading the PTP. A cabinet post is a much better position to be in when personal profits is the objective. That's what it's all about.
