King Rama VI bracelet for auction

A gold bracelet given to a dancer by the King Rama VI is to go on auction in England for and is expected to fetch at least £8,000 (about 400,000 baht).

According to the British tabloid Daily Mail, the gold bracelet once belonged to King Rama VI. The reserve price is £8,000.

Reportedly, King Vajiravudh, or Rama VI gave the necklace to Nadia Yerusalimsky, a Russian dancer, after he was pleased by her performance in a palace in Thailand in 1912.
