The opposition will file a petition on Thursday for the removal of the cabinet ministers to be grilled in a no-confidence debate for corruption, and a motion seeking a censure debate against individual ministers on Friday, opposition chief whip Jurin Laksanavisit said on Tuesday.
Mr Jurin, a Democrat Party MP, said after a meeting of the opposition whips that the dismissal petition would be filed with Senate Speaker Nikom Wairatpanich, and the censure motion with the House Speaker Somsak Kiatsuranont.
Those facing the removal petition are ministers who were believed to be unusually rich, involved in corruption, and to have committed legal offences.
