iPad mini available early next month

Apple’s iPad mini will be available in Thailand early next month, according to the Big Three private mobile phone operators - Advanced Info Service, Dtac and True Move.

The smaller, cheaper counterpart to Apple's large iPad will cost 11,200 baht for 16 gigabytes, 14,200 baht for 32 gigabytes and 17,200 baht for 64 gigabytes for a WiFi-only model.

For the iPad mini with Wi-Fi+Cellular will retail for 20,500 baht for 16 gigabytes, 23,500 baht for 32 gigabytes and 26,500 baht for 64 gigabytes.

    The reason the iPad Mini isn't selling in the US is that you might as well get an iPad 2. The whole point of an iPad is its nice big screen. Nobody wants a mini iPad, and it should be half the price. At 6000 baht it's a "why not?" purchase. At 13,000 it's a waste of money.

    26k+ for a iPad mini cellular+wifi 64gb?? I paid for a full fledge iPad (retina) for that price??
    from iPhone application.
