Yingluck to meet Queen Elizabeth

Yingluck Shinawatra will be the first Thai government leader in decades to have an audience with the Queen of England when she makes an official visit to the UK next week.

Thailand's prime minister will visit the United Kingdom on Tuesday and Wednesday at the invitation of Prime Minister David Cameron, according to Ambassador Pasan Teparak.

During the two busy days, she will be granted an audience with Britain's 40th monarch. Ambassador Pasan said he could not recall who was the last premier from Thailand who had the rare opportunity.

A proud moment for all Thais when royalty and world leaders take time to meet PM Yingluck; only after slightly over a year of complete unknown. Thailand politics are never an isolated and domestic event and global leaders recognize democracy and people mandate. Something Ahbisit better start learning for his own future good.

Like a child avoiding have to face up to her parents ,she is going everywhere and doing everything except dealing with the problem of finding a means to avoid losing 20% of Thai territory withing a short time and to stop the carnage down there.

Why doesn't she meet representatives of the people in Southern Thailand who are being killed every day in the undeclared war she is losing.
