How can you strip someone of a rank one no longer has? Amazing Thailand.

To remove the rank of AV as , he must first be demoted to the rank of private and sack from the military service ! All salaries, fringe benefits must then be repaid accordingly to the state !

It’s sad to see that Abhisit has to waste his time and money with things like this. But then again this is probably what the PT wants because they are scared Abhisit could use his time to scrutinize this failing government.

seems a lot of ADO to fight the ruling, but no ADO was made to present the evidence when asked.

A number of officers were disciplined over the matter of Khun Ahbisit and his draft etc after one of the previous army investigations. BP could do a service to find out what happened them. Were they stripped of rank and dismissed the service? Sent to inactive post for a period? Some other punishment? How does their punishment compare to that the DFM is seeking to apply to Khun Ahbisit?

Abuse of power is a bit more serious than alledged draft dodging, isn't it?
