Rifts in the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) widened Monday after the chairman sacked three deputies and four officials amid attempts to unseat him.

Payungsak Chartsutthipol, the FTI chairman, had reshuffled his team by moving out three vice-chairmen, Tanit Sorat, Thaveekit Jaturajarernkul and Suchart Visuwan, Post Today reported.

Their places have been taken by Thawee Piyapatana, Vallop Vitanakorn and Chen Namchaisiri, it added.

Choosing between workers' strike and their minimum wage, I prefer the latter. I'd better accepted the reality that workers do not like to stay in their present wage treatment and make an adjustment to the government's minimum wage policy.

It would appear most organisations like the government behave like this.may be it has somthing to do with there upbringing ,you do not negotiate you hit out.

when the chairman doesnt listen to repretentation of 70% of the industrial employers,he not doing his job, to protect the body he serves,to eliminate his deputies,shows his igronance and should step down
