Anyone who calls for 1 million liters of petrol to burn down a city should be locked up for a long time. I mean a very long time.

    abbub,

A court of law has decided it's not true, no matter how much you wish it was.

AV " didn't order the shooting".
Nice twist of words. The false statement was "ordering the killing of people", not "ordering the shooting".
If you do some critical thinking you will quickly find the cause and the culprits.

D12 : I agree. The red color is considered a very negative factor and rightly so.

Strange how commenters are reveling in one man being jailed for stating what may well be true.

    ZERO accountability in Thailand.

    - AV " didn't order the shooting".

Well, who then did? Somebody has to be accountable? Who? Just answer me that one question: who ordered the shooting?

    TS???

Color is indeed a considering factor in thai justice.

By objective criteria, as he is a proven flight risk, it would be appropriate for him to not receive bail. But in a system that let Mr. T. go to the Olympics while pending conviction, and which let policemen not only on trial for, but already convicted of murder, free on bail, odds are he will be freed on bail and a fugitive again within days.

The round-a-bout goes around. Today good news about a loud mouthed person who deserves no sympathy but will there be a long wait before the decision is modified to let him come out and start again? This man is hardly an example of the "Land of Smiles" that we all with more difficulty try to sell.

He got what he deserved, maybe this will stop some of these people from saying things against others, just because they belong to a different political party.

He probably now realises that he was better off holed up in Cambodia!
