Cambodia snubs critical UN envoy

The UN human rights envoy to Cambodia voiced regret Friday at an apparent snub by government officials adding he was also "surprised" by criticism he has received for highlighting rights abuses.

"I very much regret that I was not able to interact with government interlocutors this time," Surya Subedi told reporters in Phnom Penh, after a trip to Cambodia concluded without the usual meetings with senior officials.

    Hunsen is supported and holding on power by China and Vietnamese. As long as two countries are still exist and the world's society prentends what China and Vietnam have done or indirectly co-operated with those two countries, Hunsen will never step down on power. Another side, how can a leader of a country told to an UN envoy that "go and help his own country" and Hunsen had also warned against people acting "like the bosses of Cambodia". This is not a culture of diplomat way..He despises entired the UN ...It is weird
