D1 is spot on. and must also add it is a sad state of affairs when a police officer has to re emphasize any level of integrity of the legal process before the investigation starts off because its a rich guy in the frame.

All cases should be investigated in a straight forward manner. Right? Lets hope he is proved to be telling the truth here

In other countries, swindler like this Thai crook would have been finished off long ago by those people he or she cheated, if not by the legal system. Some Thai people are just too forgetful and forgiving, selectively.

If he can return home safely upon expiration of the statute of limitations, so can TS in the future!
It is a genuine legal loop hole !

How Thaksin could be brought into this story is beyond me! this man seems to me, pretty bad to say the least, and hopefully will get his day in court.

Meme,#4 I'm wondering, did Thaksin jilt you at some point in your life? you really don't like the man it would seem! I'm no fan either but I wouldn't drag him into this incident.

"Prominent businessman" is one way to describe him I suppose. Good on BP for highlighting his past record.

airborne(D3): He didn't just "criticise" the PM, he alluded to improper conduct by her, without any evidence whatsoever. This man is of highly questionable character, and why meme(D4) has to drag "the fugitive" into this issue I have no idea.

38,000 baht! Oh Thai men eat, drink, fire guns, sing with young ladies like drunken sailors. 55555

The fugitive is becoming more and more desperate.

The last paragraph says it all. There is to be payback for all criticism of the boss.

A staunch critic of former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra and the Pheu Thai Party, Mr Ekayuth is now in deep trouble. At any other time he would have gotten away with it as with the rest of the elite. But not now.
