SET index surges 15.52 points

The Stock Exchange of Thailand main index went up 15.52 points, or 1.11%, to close at 1,407.45 points at the end of trading session this afternoon. The trade value was 38.70 billion baht, with 14.57 billion shares traded.

The SET50 index ended at 954.41 points, up 9.02 points, or 0.95%, with a total trade value of 19.36 billion baht.

The SET100 index rose 23.43 points, or 1.13%, to stand at 2,102.10 points, with a total turnover of 30.40 billion baht.
