A real estate tycoon was among three Russian men arrested and charged in Cambodia over accusations they threatened and locked up the crew of a boat at knifepoint, an official said Friday.

Cambodian military police escort Sergei Polonsky (centre) from a boat at Sihanoukville on Sunday.

Sergei Polonsky, 40, and two other Russians identified only as Karachinsky, 24, and Baglay, 25, were detained by authorities in southwestern Sihanoukville on Monday, national military police spokesman Kheng Tito told AFP.
