arresting them is not enough to let them stop this illegal activities, the government must do something to educate them to be a law abiding citizens. Putting them in jail will not let these kids learn, the parents as well must be taught on how to discipline their kids.

Gov investment in education. B10,000 fine for no helmet, B10,000 fine for no license. B20,000 for return of bike. Attempted murder charge on those who drive at police and resisting arrest for those that run away. Its dangerous, arrogant, with total disregard for the community.

If nothing is done to stop this lawlessness carnage like not wearing a FASTENED helmet then it can only get worse.Totally agree confiscate the Bikes. Its costing the country a fortune with hospital fees and lost working days.Come on PM and your government wake up to the facts road deaths cost the country a lot of money that could build Hospitals, school, even police stations heaven forbid.

If only abortion on demand had been available 20 years ago, this and many other social problems might never have come into existence. The very real benefits of easy abortion on demand for society at large, as well as personally for pregnant women who do not want to become mothers, are too often underestimated.

Confiscate their motorcycles and see how many do not even have a driving licence. The arrested 17 year old definitely does not.
