South Korea: North could collapse

The South Korean president-elect says just one more North Korean nuclear test could be the trigger to the collapse of the Pyongyang regime of Kim Jong-Un.

Speaking the day after an underground nuclear test, President-elect Park Geun-hye told the North another test "would only be causing its own collapse," according to a report by MK Business News of Seoul.

"North Korea will not gain any negotiating power at the table at all with a further nuclear test," the report quoted Ms Park, who will take office on Feb 25.
