Ariya surges at LPGA Honda

PATTAYA - Rising Thai star Ariya Jutanugarn shot a six-under par 66 on Friday to close on leader Stacy Lewis of the United States at the $1.5 million Honda LPGA golf tournament.

Ariya's two-day total of 135 put her within striking distance of the sensational Lewis, the favourite to win the event at the Siam Country Club Pattaya Old Course.
