Suriyasai eyes legal attack on PM

The Green Politics Group on Sunday revealed it was gathering evidence and examining if Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra violated the election law when she delivered speeches to help Pheu Thai's Bangkok governor candidate to woo votes.

Suriyasai Katasila, coordinator of the Green Politics group, said it was looking into whether Ms Yingluck broke the law when she tried to convince voters during the campaign that candidate No.9 Pol Gen Pongsapat Pongcharoen, would work with the government smoothly and effectively if he was elected the new governor.

Pol Gen Pongsapat’s campaign slogan is "working with the government seamlessly".

Discn 24 - "... and you can fool those who are willing to be fooled, all the time ..." But then.... That fact isn't just exclusive of the side you don't support, is it?

“ “I would rather be exposed to the inconveniences attending too much liberty than to those attending too small a degree of it. I have no fear that the result of our experiment will be that men may be trusted to govern themselves without a master.” Thomas Jefferson.

One more time..." ...You may fool all the people some of the time, you can even fool some of the people all of the time, but you cannot fool all of the people all the time...” Abraham Lincoln, USA

    May I please add...

" ... and you can fool those who are willing to be fooled, all the time ..."

    Disc14 Android...
It must be galling for you to see yet ANOTHER group of people anti your heroes.

The rural poor have recently been demonstrating against PT for its non-action on land-reform, compensation, article 112 and reconciliation. Rice farmers will soon find no buyers for their product. Tablets never arrived. Congestion worsened. So did the Southern Insurgency... Not going well, is it?

Please correct me if anything I've written is false (I dare you).

Disc 21 - Nice quote but Abraham Lincoln was assassinated so he obviously didn't fool all of the people all of the time.

    People have the right !

It simply...a principle of democracy !

" ...You may fool all the people some of the time, you can even fool some of the people all of the time, but you cannot fool all of the people all the time...” Abraham Lincoln, USA.

If PT win then there will be only the Reds that will be allowed to demonstrate in Bangkok as was proven before. All sorts of problems will be created for anyone else.

  • Discussion 19 : 25 Feb 2013 at 10.4419

Oh dear The Red supporters don't like this at all because if proven. Goodbye PTP.

Disc. 14 "Green Politics Group, Pitak Siam Group, Pads group, multi-color group, dems group...actually belong to the same anti-Thaksin group"

The PAD seems to think there is mileage in believability, if they 'segment' themselves. To create the impression that there are many groups sharing "PADitisms" when in effect they are all the same people. It is the same modus operandi whereby they segment their protest initiatives by coming up with all kinds of "networks". A short-lived one they had was the "dog lovers network" which protested something or other at parliament. Anyway, this is the PAD trying to malign Ms. Y, no-one else.
