Open uni students demand certification

About 30 students in a Thai traditional medicine course at Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University are demanding an official guarantee for their course.

Nittaya Pensirinapa, president of the students' committee of the university's Health Science School, said the four-year graduate programme in Thai traditional medicine has yet to be certified by the Thai Traditional Medicine Council.

The students gathered at the Public Health Ministry yesterday to press their demands.
