Armstrong faces two new lawsuits

Lance Armstrong was facing two more lawsuits on Friday spawned by his admission that all seven of his Tour de France victories were fueled by banned drugs.

Lance Armstrong, pictured on January 23, 2010 in Adelaide, was facing two more lawsuits on Friday in the wake of his admission that all seven of his Tour de France victories were fueled by banned drugs.

The Nebraska-based Acceptance Insurance Company sued Armstrong and Tailwind Sports Corporation claiming he committed fraud by concealing his use of performance enhancing drugs during the 1999, 2000 and 2001 Tours.

    Landis has a cheek. As for these sports marketing agencies, can Lance ask them to hand back all the positive publicity they enjoyed from sponsoring him. Bonus yes, sponsorship -unlikely. Prove your image has been demonstrably damaged.
