CHON BURI - Police have rounded up 13 young teens believed to be members of a gang of motorcycle thieves in Sri Racha district, and seized 18 stolen bikes and a large number of spare parts.

The suspects, aged 12-15, were charged in connection with a spate of thefts in Sri Racha and Bang Lamung districts.

Police said the youths, all students at a Bang Lamung district school, were members of a gang run by a 17-year-old identified only as Yai.

maybe these teens could be punished with a few hundred hours community sevice wearing shirts that explain what their crimes were in public .
