How is it possible that a fire in a community with only ground level houses built with bamboo and located on the bank of a shallow river result in such a hight death toll?
Is arson a possibility with 2 fires starting simultaneous from either side to trap in the victims?
Hopes the Thai govt, UNHCR and TBC can get to the bottom of this.
Condolences to all those affected by this horrific incident.
