Students skipping college need help

The core curriculum for basic education has to be reformed to better serve students who do not attend university, the Quality Learning Foundation said on Friday.
Only 30% of Thai students continue on from high school to college while the rest go straight into the labour market, it said.
However, the system is still geared mainly toward helping students pass university entrance exams.
