LONDON - A second-half goal by John Terry gave Chelsea a 1-1 draw with Tottenham Hotspur in a hard-fought London derby at White Hart Lane on Saturday.
The draw left Spurs alone atop the Barclays Premier League with 13 points in six matches, pending the outcome of Arsenal's visit to Swansea later on Saturday. Chelsea have 11 points after six games.
Icelandic midfielder Gyfli Sigurdsson got Spurs on the scoresheet in the 19th minute, left-footing a shot from the centre of the box into the net after collecting the ball from Roberto Soldado.
