Patients warned of thieves in hospital

Ramathibodi hospital has warned staff to look out for thieves who have been robbing patients and visitors after adding a tasteless sedative to drinking water, a report said.
The warning is contained in an internal memo signed by the hospital director Surasak Leelaudomlipi.
The memo warns that thieves have spiked drinking water with xylazine, a tasteless and odourless sedative used on animals.
