The third Local Museum Festival will be held from 23 Nov - 27 Nov at Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Anthropology Centre, Taling Chan, Bangkok.
The festival explores "the local wisdom needed to tackle such crises" by displaying tools and equipment sourced from 69 museums throughout Thailand that people devised to see them through difficult times.
Presiding over the opening on Friday afternoon will be Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn. The festival kicks off with a traditional welcome ceremony presented by Wat Burapha Thung Tae Museum of Yasothon province.
