Information

Whenever parents approach the important task of selecting the right school and curriculum that best suits their child's learning needs, they're faced with multiple factors to consider. Among the many questions that need answering are: "How can I know which curriculum is best for my child? What are the main advantages of each curriculum? How many different education systems are there to choose from? What are the different approaches to learning? What are the teaching methodologies? Will switching from one education system to another cause stress or adjustment issues in my child's learning? And what are the students' expectations?" These are just a few of the many questions and factors that parents often face when trying to choose the right school and curriculum for their child. To help answer these questions, International Parenting Network (IPN) has invited heads and representatives from four international schools in Bangkok to discuss this important and timely subject. The panel discussion on "Parenting Tips: Choosing The Right School & Curriculum For Your Child" will be held at the Foreign Correspondents' Club of Thailand, Phloenchit Road, on Jan 28 from 6.30-8.30pm. Attendees are encouraged to mail their questions to the speakers at ipn@ipnthailand.com to be answered during the discussion. Call 081-826-2399 or 080-980-8230.
