The Joint Foreign Chambers of Commerce in Thailand is the umbrella body for the many Thai-foreign chambers or business associations. Currently there are 30 members of the JFCCT (representing some 9,000 companies). The JFCCT is an important representative of foreign trade and investment activity in and with Thailand. It strives to contribute to the economic development of Thailand in a positive way via education, discourse and collaboration. It aims to build consensus amongst its constituent members and to make proposals to government and others and oppose threats which will undermine the economy.
