The Federation of Thai Petrochemical Industry is a subsidiary of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI). It was established on 14 November 2002 with support by all major Thai petrochemical producers. The club plays very important roles in the following areas; representing the industry on all related forums, co-operating with government in addressing industry problems and solutions, taking part in policy and strategic planning on economic and industrial development, collaborating with counterparts in the petrochemical industry organizations worldwide and providing members with information regarding service and regulatory issues.
