General Engineering Limited (GEL) was founded in 1962 to engage in the manufacturing of concrete product such as pre-stressed concrete piles, bridge girders and electric posts.
Over the past decade, GEL has continued to expand and diversify its product line, adding Glassfiber Reinforced Concrete (Pilkington TM), DENKA special cement products, TENSAR soil reinforcement geogrid, drainage system, CIPEC expansion joints, bridge bearing (MAGEBA) and precast hollow core slab and other innovations. GEL is committed to bringing state-of-the-art engineering technology to Thailand and expanding its markets throughout the region. Since 1990 GEL has been listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).
